Sometimes, due to communication breaks or network issues a site connected to your iControlWP account may need to be reset.
If the plugin "believes" it is connected to an iControlWP account it will not ever accept any link attempts from any other account. To fix this, you need to reset the plugin.
Follow these steps:
- Log into your WordPress site as Administrator
- Click on the iControlWP dashboard
- You will see "Reset Plugin" button (check the checkbox above and then click the button)
- The plugin will then reset and it will have generated a new iControlWP Access Key which you can add or re-link the site to your iControlWP account.
