Your account PIN is designed to be a faster, easier way to verify yourself to the system after you have already logged-in to your iControlWP account.

Note: It doesn't replace your iControlWP account password.

You can set your account PIN within your account security section.

Sometimes you'll be prompted for your account password or PIN when performing what we consider to be relating to sensitve-data.

You'll have the choice to authenticate using your iControlWP account password, or your PIN.

Why use a PIN?

Simply because remember your account password, or pulling it from your password manager can be quite inconvenient and a 4-digit PIN helps move you through the application faster.
