Changing your WordPress database user password is useful to do regularly to ensure that up-to-date access to your databases are maintained.

You can change your WordPress MySQL database password within iControlWP by using "Change WordPress database password" tool. This tool is accessible from the site you're managing, under the "Security" tab.

Before you change the password, you have to confirm that you have taken a backup of your database and wp-config.php file.

To change the WordPress MySQL database password, simply enter a new one into the field (see the screenshot below).
